TIP :

Location of the release cable socket on the trigger :

On a body camera, the remote control soket, to wich the Lightning Sensor V6 connects, is usually left-hand side located.

That is true for ALL Canon, Nikon and Sony.

However, for Pentax, Fuji, Olympus, Leica and Panasonic, the remote control socket can be left-hand sided OR right-hand sided, according to the camera model.

To prevent the release cable from disturbing you during the viewfinder, and so you can get a perfeclty designed Lightning Sensor V6 trigger, please select the configuration LEFT-HAND SIDE or RIGHT-HAND SIDE in the "Location of the release cable socket" drop-down menu.

 

For all Canon, Nikon, Sony : select Left-hand side

 

For Pentax  K10 , K20 , K100 , K110 , K200D , K70 , KP  :  select Left-hand side

For Pentax  K1 , K3 , K5 , K7 , K30 , K50  :  select Right-hand side

By adding the V6B Feature to your Lightning Sensor V6 at the time of purchase, you will get available two ports, located on both sides of the unit : your trigger, in this way upgraded into Lightning Sensor V6B, will have a socket on the left and a socket on the right.

Both ports, having the same function and being reversible, will allow an optimal release cable positioning whatever the Remote Control plug location on your camera (left or right), making in this way your Lightning Sensor V6B universal.  

10 YEARS WARRANTY :

Your Lightning Sensor V6 has been severely checked during all steps of assembly, then bench tested before packing. so as to offer you a 100% working, reliable lightning trigger.

It comes with a 10 years warranty against all construction or electronics operating fault, within the use for which the unit has been clearly designed.

(Please, keep your "FA2xxxxx" invoice, because only that one will be valid as a proof of purchase.  No other document will be accepted)

Our warranty does not cover damage due to :

- lightning strike,

- hail,

- power supply fault,

- polarity inversion,

- modification,

- impact or crushing,

- misuse

Any opening of the unit will irrevocably cancel our warranty.

Battery, power supply cord, release cable, wired remote control, and switch protections, are not covered by our warranty.

So the 10 years warranty still be on, it is your own responsability to replace the switch protections as soon as they show signs of wear.  (Please, see Accessories)
